A Problem:
A client wanted a window by Visions in Glass in a bathroom that would give privacy, beauty and elegance to her new home. However, the new, original bathroom window was under the builder's warranty and the client did not want to break the original, warranted seal, which would have been necessary if replaced with a new triple glazed unit.
She wanted privacy, lots of light. Also, according to the building code, a window is required to open for fresh air and provide a possible escape route in case of an emergency, which her builder supplied window did. Even though Visions in Glass is able to provide windows that open and do not have seal problems, the client wanted to keep her original window intact.

| The Solution:
Our installers installed the leaded windows she wanted in operable, wooden, painted frames – very much like hinged shutter frames - over her old window.

She kept her builder's warranty, added privacy, and beautified her bathroom with an original design by Visions in Glass.
